Welcome to our East Fremantle Pilates studio. We believe Pilates is for everybody.
Hybrid Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio in East Fremantle. We have designed our sessions to ensure that you can find the perfect fit for you, from more traditional Pilates to TRX classes. We offer private sessions as well as small group classes. Hybrid Pilates is an inclusive community where everyone will feel comfortable regardless of age, level of fitness or experience.


BUILD STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY IN OUR LOCAL EAST FREMANTLE PILATES STUDIO
At Hybrid Pilates, we have a variety of group Pilates classes to ensure you can find the right fit for you. Our group classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure everyone gets the attention and guidance they need. Our specialist Hybrid Pilates classes use both the reformer and TRX. This low impact form of suspension training can help develop strength, balance, flexibility & core stability. Pilates & TRX classes we offer include:
FOUNDATION
(entry-level)
In our foundation class you will learn the fundamentals of Pilates and start to familiarise yourself with the reformer. Suitable for remedial or senior clients and those who are just beginning their Pilates journey.
CLASSIC
(intermediate-level)
Our classic class utilises the reformer and other small props to give you a full-body workout. We have designed this class for those who have some previous Pilates experience.
HYBRID
(intermediate/experienced-level)
Hybrid is an exclusive class to our little studio! It is a higher-intensity class that often incorporates the reformer & TRX. We recommend our Hybrid session to those with an established Pilates practice and a moderate fitness level.
FOUNDATION HYBRID
(entry/intermediate-level)
Foundation Hybrid is designed to get you feeling familiar with the TRX in a slightly slower, easier setting, but will also still incorporate the reformer. This a great class for newcomers, seniors, clients with low-level pain and prenatal clients.
OPEN
(entry/intermediate-level)
Our Open reformer class is suitable for beginners and intermediate clients. In this fun, fluid, all-around class we’ll focus on building strength and increasing mobility, helping you to improve your core muscle strength & postural awareness. Ideal for active newcomers or those with low-level, low-care pain.Β
TRXΒ
(intermediate/experienced-level)
Our small group TRX class is designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. This class incorporates mat Pilates into its design and often ends with stretching & mobility work.

Our group Pilates classes use the reformer to variable resistance, giving you a supportive, effective workout. The benefits of reformer Pilates include improved mobility and flexibility while developing longer, leaner muscle tone and better posture.
TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise and is a low-impact form of suspension training. Including the TRX in our Pilates classes helps you to improve your cardio fitness while building your strength, balance and coordination. Because our reformer Pilates and TRX classes are low impact, theyβre an excellent workout for almost all age groups, pregnant clients, and post-injury.
